PG-13 movies seem to be pretty good; they have some cussing, some violence, some nudity, but they don't overdo those gimmicks. They focus on the story itself. Or so it seems to me.

I have absolutely no idea when it comes to thouse ratings... UK 15 generally has the best films, or U... because that's got all the Disney films

As ours go U, PG, 12PG, 15, 18 i know what 3 of those mean

err, 'B' makes me think this might be rather light hearted, so I'll vote for B.

But, in seriousness, it annoys me when people decide what to see based on a film's rating, so I don't think people should really have 'favourite' ratings.
