I think $3 is a fair ask. People buy crap for their xbox avatars that cost more than that

Well, if I commissioned it from you personally we would have to come to an arrangement of that I suppose? And a journal since can be used for news article one, (if I did have money), I would be willing to shell out a customized one for $15-20 or maybe a bit more.

Yes indeed. I charge around that much for personalized journal skins at the moment. This however is more for skins that anyone can use but would have to pay for using the new Premium Content feature that was just released. :)

Oh you do? Didn't know that
Hmm well then considering you would enable it for really good ones, then $10..uh worth 800 :points:. A little more or less is fine for me. Since I wouldn't be able to do those (not that even normal ones are easy, since I know nothing about them, that's fine and that would be good. But I suppose if you have a range of skins in several price range that would help getting most of of several buyers in different price range.

Yeah, the dA markup means 500 points is 5 dollars for the artist...anyway, I said 400 but it has to be something I couldn't do myself.

Technically, with the platform, isn't 100pts=$1.00? It is for me anyways. It's weird. Whole system is rather confusing... $lightningmonkey actually thought it was a bug when he saw another comment I made about it. XD

This is true, with dA taking 20% it would be 100:points: = $1. I didn't even factor that in. :/ To break even you would need that extra few points.

Yeah. We really need an official breakdown of how it all works, because I know a lot of people are confused.

The announcement article is pretty clear. What all do you think needs work? Perhaps I can look in to that further. :)
