Middle, it has a indent mark from where I sleep. xD And I have a single bed and I'm scared of falling out of bed.

Well, it depends on different aspects, but primarely wether there is another person in the bed aswell. Further aspects are that I like to lie on rather cold places, so I change my position mostly each few minutes, and the condition of the pillow, because, if I lie for too long on one position, the pillow gets flat and uncomfortable.
