Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

There've been many life-changing events that occurred here on dA. Like some 7 years ago when Keith left his comment on my page for the first time. I was EIGHTEEN.

HOWEVER, I think a real pivotal moment was when ~pewxi showed me real kindness, back when I was SUCH A NEWB. I started this project called "The Test Tube Babies", depicting deviants as little chibi babies holding all sorts of gadgets, standing atop giant test tubes. It was a really humble project at first, with only 16 people involved, however ~pewxi did so much, coaxing people to show their appreciation... and somehow this project just exploded, with some... 180 people I think involved in the third and final instalment of the project.

It opened all kinds of doors, allowed me to meet a TON of people, and although for a long time it kind of solidified an image that cutesey things were all I ever did, and it WAS quite infuriating, that's alright. Because I met so many people I've met along the way that make me the who I am today. Especially Keith, and Sam ^sphilr. There are NO OTHER PEOPLE, IN THIS ENTIRE WORLD, who believed so deeply in what I am able to offer, than these two. BOTH OF WHICH I'VE MET HERE ON DEVIANTART

What I owe to them cannot be measured in... anything.
