I really like the concept, I just think there is way too much variation in the implementation. You have three different kinds of "bullets" and 5 different colours of font and 4 box colours.If you simplified the variants, I think you would have a real winner.
Also, this is just personal opinion, the logo for fine art tv has a sense of space and and simplicity. I think it would be reflected better if there were more space between the text and the individual boxes to reflect this in the overall design. BTW the menu bar.
I truly appreciate the notes, and believe me I'm all for simplicity but as I mentioned in the comments that it was modeled after their website. And usually the client gets what the client wants I do agree with you though There are actually a few things I wouldn't mind "tweaking" for my personal liking... but alas, it is not I, I'm trying to please

no not as yet unfortunately. My internet connection at my apartment doesn't allow me to connect to dA chat anyway though. I can only get into chat back home, in the summer. Maybe we can start one?
